Optimism. Love. Fascination with Technology. Fascination with Nature. Overall, we are riding a positive-trending curve. I am inspired by big ideas like Norman Borlaug saving 1 billion lives, Bill Gates working to catch him, Abraham Lincoln leading boldly through crisis, Martin Luther King reminding us of a different and better path, and Gary Haugen working tirelessly for dignity and freedom. I am humbled by the reality that our current understanding of the universe is only a tiny sliver of what exists and encouraged by our ability to unwrap the mysteries one by one. I am ready to do my part to make the world a better place. It starts with each of us.
